Oliver was an absolute gentleman this afternoon when he came out to inspect mine and my wife's roof. I'm Michael Long and had my roof replaced a few years ago by Oliver. His team repaired all the damage to the underlying wood. They were very professional, courteous, and punctual. In the last few years I have had no issues with the work that was done despite the severe storms we have had since. The roof is holding up extremely well. I first worked with Erik Oliver, owner of Oliver's Custom Roofing, about 18 years ago when Erik put a metal roof on a building for us in Heber Springs Arkansas. Over the last 18 years I have personally witnessed the unmatched work ethic, quality, craftsmanship and integrity Erik has for each and every job and customer. They put a 30 year architectural roof on my house and it looked great, new vents pipe boots and attic vents. They stripped off the old roof and replaced a couple peace’s of bad decking. They were fast and friendly. They cleaned up the place spotless when they where done. The price was right for the work they done. I could not ask for a better quality job.read more

A handyman I trust recommended Oliver Custom Roofing whom he knew had done good work on roofs for two of his customers. Erik Oliver and another roofer gave me bids, but I found Erik to be the most professional and thorough in his bid, with the best product warranty. Work began on 6 February and the workers were done and the old shingles and debris completely gone by noon Friday, February 2020. Work was done quickly, professionally, and at what I felt was a fair, reasonable price. I would definitely use him again, but I won't have to - as I opted for a top-line shingle product and venting system with a 50-year lifetime warranty. However, I definitely recommend his company to do anyone else's roof.read more

Before we called Oliver's, we attempted to go with 2 different roofing places. The first one said they'd be out on Monday the 23rd, only to stand us up and then not return our calls. The second one said they would have the repair guys call us to set up an appointment, only to never call us back up to a week later (even when we attempted to call back and left messages asking when they could fit us in).
Oliver's, on the other hand, responded immediately to a text we sent. They scheduled an appointment and showed up on time! They were friendly and helpful and fixed the roof the same day that they did the estimate, even staying after dark until the job was done. The price was much less than we had guessed it would be, which was a relief! They made it easy and painless, not requiring anything from us other than the go-ahead to repair and the payment afterward.
We also had sheet rock damage due to the leaks. While they don't do repairs to sheet rock, they gave us a recommendation as to who to go to for that. Very helpful and appreciated!
10/10 would definitely go with them again!read more

Mr. Oliver is a fantastic person and we’re very satisfied with his attitude on his work. He responded right away to my call and provided fast and friendly service. He was very informative, able to tell us the consequences if our issue continued. He resolved our unique situation involving a pest (a squirrel nibbling on our pipes) that kept it from doing any further harm, either to the pipes or itself. And having given his services close to Christmas, there was much holiday cheer in him.read more

We wouldn’t trust anyone except Oliver’s Custom Roofing. Our home is 110 years old, and we expected there would be some issues once the old roof was removed. Erik and his team removed three layers of shingles, replaced 20+ pieces of decking, flashed our 2 chimneys, removed Vinyl siding from our dormers and made repairs to our original fish scale shingles (etc) all for less than the previous owner paid for a terrible quality job a decade ago. Beyond that, they were responsive to concerns along the way, as well as changes I needed made half-way through. Erik is ethical, honest and his crews work hard. Don’t use anyone else!read more

We were very lucky and grateful to find Erik of Oliver's Custom Roofing. We needed a new roof and had no success contacting other business. Erik took our call and saved us. His work ethic is exemplary. We described what kind of metal roof we wanted, got our estimate and he began work. Unfortunately, there were unforeseeable problems. Erik have done several jobs for us in the past few years at different properties. Always quality work. You don't have to worry about it being right. He checks the decking and replaces any thatd is damaged. All the hardware on the roof is replaced.read more

Erik and his crew were extremely professional and easy to work with. The estimate provided was lower than expected and accurate. The crew cleaned up afterwards making sure there was no debris or nails laying around. Additionally, after the work was complete, we asked them to do another small project regarding some repair around the gutters. They worked in the snow after hours to complete the project for us. About the Owners
Erik and Christie Oliver are homegrown high school sweethearts. Both graduated from Conway High School and received a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). While dating and finishing with schooling, Christie waited tables, worked restaurant management and data entry, and kept the books for various affiliations. Erik worked hard in the roofing industry as a laborer when he was a teenage and later became an installer for a reputable company in Arkansas. During college he worked diligently as a sole proprietor installing roofs for many of the upstanding builders in the Conway area.
After graduation in year 2000, Erik and Christie decided to fulfill a dream to own and operate a business together. In 2001, they became licensed in the state of Arkansas and opened Oliver’s Custom Roofing, LLC also known as OCR. They have 3 children: Jayden, Macie, and Sadie. They are an active family that loves to hike, go boating, fishing, visit the beach, and play games together. Together they hold a strong belief that faith in God, spending time together as a family, being honest and kind in all ways, and hard work are essential standards to running a business and a fulfilling life.
